Coming to see our curated gallery space in person is an excellent opportunity to see the extended collection of Inga Elín's handmade ceramics that includes many unique pieces that are not available online, including bowls, plates, candle holders, vases, flower pots, and other one-of-a-kind decorative and functional items.
The History
In what was once her old studio, in 2020, Inga Elín re-opened the doors after 25 years of absence, now dedicated as a gallery space. Located in the center of the world-famous Rainbow Road, the gallery is surrounded by local shops and galleries, offering an authentic glimpse of what Reykjavík has to offer.

Meet the Artist
Inga Elín
Starting at the early age of twelve, the Reykjavík born Inga Elín has dedicated her life to the world of ceramics. She found her love for working with clay at the Reykjavík School of Arts and followed her passion to the Iceland Academy of Arts. She studied ceramics and glass in Denmark Design and was awarded by Queen Margrethe for her exceptional graduation project, a collection of handblown glassware and porcelain cups.
